Whenever my sim calls another sim on the phone I constantly get "bad reception due to off grid" moodlet. Neither lot is off grid and it seems to happen no matter what lot the call is from. This happens with every sim and has been happening since the new update.

Having the same issue. When Sims chat cell phone gives off-grid-related moodlets, but lots do not have the off-grid trait. Happens in my main save and in a new game. With and without mods.
I have had this happen to me as well. Lots with off-grid and also without that lot trait. No mods or cc.
Ps5 pro - All Packs. Games, kits & content with latest update installed.
Everytime my sim uses the phone to call someone they get an angry moodlet about the call - none of my sims have been on an "off the lot" trait place.
i have the same issue on multiple saves and on lot who never had the trait

None of the reasons i’ve heard here makes sense. The lot for my SIM even has fast Internet. It’s very frustrating because they’re getting angry for no reason.
