Can’t Apply Water Styles to Basement Pools

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Completely vanilla game with every pack except bust the dust

When I build a pool and try to change water styles it won't change. Its been like this since the update in July. I play on PlayStation.

Yes. Literally any pool. I noticed it with the basement but then I noticed it was the same for a regular pool as well. 

Hm, I tested this when it was reported and was able to replicate for basements but non-basement works fine form me.

Maybe it's a console issue though

I tested this on my PS5. I was able to change the water style for the ground level pool. For the basement pool, it gave me a red error message "must be placed on pools or fountains".

I recently had the same problem.

I got it to finally work by going to the second basement level and finding the small line on the pool edge where the water style actually applied (sorry, it's kinda hard to describe and I had to fiddle a while until it worked).
