Can’t Move Objects in Build/Buy Mode after Placing a Lot from the Gallery

So i’m trying to redo each lot/world in my legacy save. After placing a lot from the Gallery (tested both via map view and from within build mode), build mode breaks and I’m unable to place any items...

I’m getting this on ps5. Objects I try to place just vanish when I try to place them.
