I just updated to the new patch with the marketplace. Went to continue my build project, and I can no longer sort by packs. They simply don't show up. As you can see by my wallpaper swatches, I DO have packs installed. It's not even that the packs I don't own are greyed out like they were in sort prior to this update. The option is simply non-existent except for base game.

Yep it's been this way since the April update I believe? My hope gets crushed every single update and patch I just keep hoping it'll get fixed cuz it's ruining the gameplay for me. I've been considering just stopping playing cuz it's not fun with that much searching
Me neither, i hope they come up with a fix quickly.. I have a lot of packs so figuring out where everything is, is getting exhausting with all the scrolling..
i got the same problem and have done all that including full reinstall but stil doesnt fix the issue. cant really play the game without that filter since there are too many items.
All owned packs/items (C&D, R&L, BG, Cosy Gamer, Pastel Pop, Get to Work, Eco) show in BB mode when found through menus, but I cannot select a specific pack to filter by except base game.

My next step is a full reinstall. Has anyone else had this issue? I've not seen anything about it online.
Dealing with the same issue on pc and I thought I was going crazy. I have zero mods and a did a fresh install. I refuse to play the game until this bug is fixed because I highly rely on the filter pack option for CAS and Build/Buy Mode :(
My Build/Buy Filters are not displaying packs when in build mode.
It's showing Base Game only. No packs are showing. They aren't even "grayed out". Just has Base Game and Maker pack options. Has been broken since the early April update. Recent update didn't address the issue.
Same issue on PS4. Can't sort anything and I have too many packs.
Community ManagerSame, it's really frustrating to scroll through like, all the windows to try and find one specific one I need when I know it's from B&H etc. It also makes it harder to find items I can't remember the names of.
I can’t either. It’s incredibly annoying, this is integral to how I build and make sims. I’m frustrated.
