Can't Draw at Activity Table

My child sim can not Draw or Resume Drawing at any activity table. The sim will start the activity but then sit there for hours, with a blank page showing on the table. The progress circle shows up at the bottom left, but it shows that the activity has just started and does not progress any further. If I remove the blank paper table, the full pie chart opens up, and the sim can make a friendship bracelet, but then when I try to Draw, it doesn't work again.

I have tried debugging the sim, debugging the activity table, replacing the activity table. This has happened with two separate sim children at different locations.

On Xbox Series X.

Okay, I experimented a little more. If I take the white sheet of paper that the sim child didn't seem to do anything with, and put it in inventory, then the picture that was drawn shows in inventory. If I put that picture on the wall, a it is completely white. I tried debugging the picture on the wall but nothing happens,
So it looks like the sim draw the photo but there is no animation of the sim drawing, and the progress circle never finishes.

Could you test a new save for this as well (with new child)

Will test this in my game when I get some time

EDIT: This works fine for me. Does it matter which activity table you use ?
