After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I have started the sims again after i got the new life death expansion pack. I tried building a new world in a new save,-. But when I try to edit a lot, I can delete one item or place one item and then nothing anymore. It allows me to pick up an object but won't let me place it down or delete it again. In the past updating my grafics card often helped with build mode issues. It doesn't this time.
- I have no mods installed.
- I deleted my cache, I reinstalled the game completely new.
- Deleted tray and saves and the localcache file.
- My PC drivers are all up to date. I run it on windows 11.
- I have no kits but all the other packs except the home chef hussle.
- I tried repairing the game several times.
The issues keeps reapearing. Usually the game works when I start the game up but then the issues start soon after (So the first lot I can ususally edit, but none after). I'm also getting an endless loading screen after a while when placing a lot and need to stop and restart the game. I haven't tried gameplay yet, so don't know if there are any issues as well. Anyone knows how to fix this? Is the new pack the issue?

Apparently this problem comes back every now update it seems like, so it is not a mod issue it is something EA has to fix themselves, it is happening to me and my cousin a lot and we took a break from building all together. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
