After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

When in build mode it will not let me delete items it will let me delete one thing then nothing else
HelloMegan-rosez anddianarzc If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
If the issue remains this thread may refer to the issue
