After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

Im attaching a little video of the issue. Im a builder so this is absolutely driving me crazy. I havent played much in the past 2-3 weeks because ive been busy. Finally had a day to sit down and build and i cant! As you can see i tried a couple different methods. Basically i cant delete anything, i cant place anything, i cant change room sizes, nothing. I can play in live mode with no issues though. I thought at first it was my save file, but this is the 3rd one im trying and still not being able to do anything.
