After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

This issue only started occurring today, I’ve been playing consistently since the last patch.
I usually place builds from the gallery and edit them to make them more suitable for what I want. When I was doing this today, it worked for hours with no issue, but then I started noticing that when I picked up an object to move it somewhere else, it wouldn’t let me place it anywhere but where it originally was.
When I noticed this, I tried placing a new object down and that worked, but when I picked it up to move it somewhere else, I couldn’t place it.
And as I’m typing this, I’m still trying to make it work and I just discovered I can’t undo or redo anything either!
I don’t know if this is like corruption related or if I just don’t have the privilege of PLACING DOWN ITEMS in the game I spent like 1000 dollars on.
Oh, and now I can’t delete anything.
