After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

Was experiencing this with gallery lots, but then made a fresh save and downloaded a Maxis designed apartment- I'm only sometimes able to place furniture in apartments. It's very annoying. I'll place something and then it will just disappear. My sim isn't charged for the furniture but it just never appears. I have to go back into live mode to place one piece of furniture but can't place a second piece.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Is this for City Living type apartments or residential rentals ?
- Can you place stuff when you don't download them from the gallery ?
