After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...
Ideas
After getting the R&L pack, I was able to play for several hours before I noticed this bug. I have tried troubleshooting my mods to see if one of them was causing it, only to get a false positive result and the bug reoccurring a few hours later. I will attempt a deeper clean of my game later when I have the energy to wrangle my game for another several hours but running into this issue has greatly dampened my excitement for what was shaping up to be my new favourite expansion.
