After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

my save file is completely new and fresh, no mods in folder + mods are disabled, i tried editing a lot in brindleton bay and when i try to drag a item on it, it just disappears. is my save already corrupted despite it being completely new?? all i did was replacing buildings with gallery buildings
