After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I have a similar problem. I click on something in build/buy, the image appears on the end of my cursor like normal, but when I click on the area I want to place it the object flickers and disappears. Extremely frustrating! Happens with move objects on or off. I have no mods or CC installed.
