After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

This is also happening in my game. I can recreate it easily by placing alot of lots repeatedly in world select(building new save), then try to renovate a lot. It is a new save, no mods or cc, they are disabled.
