Ideas
Recently just started to play again after not playing for over a year. Downloaded the small business and royalty expansion packs, not sure if issue is due to that or if it's been an ongoing problem. Either way the game is basically unplayable, the build/buy mode pretty much doesn't work at all. At most I am able to place 1 item and then can maybe delete it but cannot place more or delete multiple things. The only way to sorta get around it is place an item, go back into live mode and then return to build mode and then I can either delete or buy a new item. Normal tool functions don't work to the point I can't make any changes to my lot or basically play the game since such a major function is down. I have not had this issue before and do not use any custom content or mods. Was really excited to play and try out the new expansion packs but now I can't...
