There are some packs that don't work, restaurant, parenthood, knitting... I even bought the Halloween Bundle three days ago and I can't find it to download it on the App, I have followed all of the instruction in the EA Help webpage, and started a new conversation with the subject, I will probably return it if this is not resolved, it is impossible to chat with someone and now I'm wondering, why did I buy this pack when so many others are not working. If it wasn't my favorite game I wouldn't be here, but this latest updates, since the DX11, have broken the game in many ways and they haven't been able to fix it.
