i forgot to add this happens to be on pc same issues as they stated but to fix i reset the sim via cheats. to answer your question about the human form idk yet mine are normally in fairy form. but i will hide one of their fairy forms and do more testing if u like. isn't always guaranteed chance to happen. but so far i have only seen in happen with fairies in fairy form.
