[CD] [GRO] Pets gets Self Discovery Option (Paranoid)

My sim's dog got scared by a ghost, which triggered the Paranoid "new personality trait" self-discovery pop-up. Paranoid is not a dog-trait, and I don't believe pets are meant to be subject to Self Discovery.

I clicked "yes" to see what would happen, which prompted the notification that the dog had discovered a new personality trait. I don't think it did anything though, or at least it doesn't show in the relationship profile. But I don't have mods installed to see if it's been applied as a hidden trait.

I have all packs installed and haven't seen this happen before the latest patch.

Paranoid trait does not show in the pet Relationship Profile

Feedback: I would love it if pets could learn pet personality traits! I.e. rehabilitating rescue pets to be less fearful/aggressive.

    It happened to me too today. Not a haunted house, but On Hallowed Grounds lot trait and my ghost sim did create a haunted house monster buddle on the floor  😅

    This happened to me too! It was also a cat on a haunted lot and also tried to get the paranoid trait. Happened almost directly after a house fire, though not sure if this is related

    i don't normally play w pets.  am in a Haunted House [P] w multi Lot Challenges.  got a popup for Self Discovery, oddly not a pet Trait.

    Eng PC; All DLCs, non-Maker

    no mods/cc; never used

    Just wanted to add that I watched a video youtuber James Turner uploaded today for his Every Lot Challenge Prison series and his lot is a Haunted House and his dog was offered the Paranoid self discovery trait, so it's definitely still an issue!

    Happened to me too, on a hounted house lot. Self-discovery pop up popped up for my dog.

    This has happened in one of my saves.  My sims family live on a haunted house lot and the cat got the pop up about a self-discovery for the Paranoid trait.  

    It happened in a save where I had mods and CC installed at the time (they've since been taken out).
