[CD] [HR] Pets stays awake all night, collapse several times

It's true, they jump onto the pet bed do a little settling down circling then jump straight off it and walk around the house all night, I've tried the "lay here" command that is selectable when clicking on the pet bed from my sim it works for all of two seconds then the dog is up again. I've tried placing the pet bed in a wider space so all four sides of the bed have adequate interaction room and tried with all available large pet beds but still nope, dog just doesn't want to know. Never had this problem with any cats I've had in saves. 

PS4 no mods, CC, or in game cheats.
