My sim took their dog to the vet clinic to get spayed. Was able to check in fine, took a while but eventually got called into the room, then the vet just examined the dog for over 7 hours and didn't actually complete the treatment.
Meant to add, it's working sometimes (on the same save), but sometimes randomly glitches like this
