[CD] Vet Employees not doing their job

I own the vet clinic that was prebuilt in Brindleton Bay. The employees are not very good at their jobs. I have three employees. They have max skills and max pay. One or two will usually do nothing the entire shift, but they are not the same employees getting distracted each shift. I typically work with the customer because they are slow to greet and respond. Also, if an employee is asked to make treats, they only make one each time you ask. This happens for both PC and PS4. My sims and animals in the PS4 will also get stuck on the exam table. I tried to reset my sim, but it just made them spread their arms like a snow angel while standing frozen. Leaving the lot fixes that issue.
