Chef Aspiration: Cook 3 gourmet meals at single event not counting

The master chef aspiration is complete but the last goal it's not getting checked off and I'm not getting my reward trait. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

Did it ever count up to three and reset or was it stuck at one like that ? 

Also you did make sure they were gourmet meals ?

    I made 3 gourmet meals and it only registered 1.
