[CL] Ceilings disappeared from San Myshuno Apartment

I took a look at all the ceilings mentioned in the original post and found the same things that poster found except I did have a ceiling in the Landgraab building, but could not change it which I expected since players can't change anything in those lobbies.  The Chic Street issue is also the same issue as found in here:  [CL] Sunshine showing inside Chic Street Apartments | EA Forums - 12037463
