If you fade out the walls in apartments, the ceiling of the unplayed apartments is not faded out. Happens in all apartments without mods and/or CC.
I think this is by design, the actual problem here being the walls of an unplayed apartment going down which shouldn't happen.
No it isn't. It's a new bug that happens.
