WHAT HAPPENS: Sims can't empty any Pet Food Bowls into any Trash Chute. Error Message: "A trash can is required to clean this up."

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN: Sims should empty any Pet Food Bowls into any Trash Chute without a Trash Can.
