I got this issue after the Nov. 4th patch. Happened on 3 new saves (meaning 3 different families and different save file) and nothing. Worked fine before. The PC highlights and when approaching with mouse it stops and doesn't show the option to participate. The rest of the options seem fine.
I don't have any mods. I have the majority of expansions (minus the last 6).
