[CL] Musical Genius: Karaoke Machine does count as an instrument unlike Singing
I have looked into the "Musical Genius" aspiration. In order to test out this feature I stuck a 5 Sisters consisting of a Vampire, Werewolf, Fairy, Alien, and Normal Sim in the Old Salt House of the Spice District. It was a brand-new save file with default settings and free will turned off.
In the Musical Genius Aspiration, the first task is to Listen to music and Practice music. The requirement "Practice Music for 6 Hours" does not work with just a Sim singing but works on the “The Lyrical Amplifier Karaoke Machine”. I tried with solo and duet and both functions. The “The Lyrical Amplifier Karaoke Machine” must count as an instrument where sims singing without an aid like a mic does not.
