RelaxedRealmgame What you are seeing is sunlight. For some reason, the apartments in this building (Chic Street) show sunlight in the afternoon and evening inside the building as if there were no ceiling or roof above them. I checked most of the other San Myshuno apartment buildings and Chic Street is the only one that does this. I have played apartments in this building many times in several saves and don't recall this happening. Either I just never noticed it, or it wasn't happening and something about that building has changed since the last time I played there. But it is happening now, and it shouldn't. So what you are reporting is something that does need to be changed/fixed.
