[COL] Country caretaker: 'Win a competition' won't tick off

It's taken me so long to get a first prize ribbon in the country caretaker aspiration – I won the chicken competition but my aspiration won't recognise it/doesn't update. No CC, mods ever (i'm on Ps4...

could you please remove the reference to cross stich issues from the report. If you leave it on, it's unclear what users are upvoting. Make sure to only mention one bug in a report. Thank you.

As for the issue at hand, did you actually get the ribbon/prize or did that also not work ? There's an older bug with that and I'm wondering if that influences the issue.
