I didn't see the form, so I copied it from another bug:

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often with my current game
What is your current game version number?
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Several, including Country Living and Seasons
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a household with a shed. Buy a cow. It might occur more in the rain or snow when the animal is not coming out of the shed often, but I've had the message more than that.
What happens when the bug occurs? Message comes up saying animal is unhappy and will leave soon if not cared for
What do you expect to see? Animal should be fed, clean, and happy
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure. I played this household more when the anniversary event started so maybe then?
