[COL] Fish Leftovers incorrectly greyed out due to 'food preferences' (Lactose)

Per the image my female, human, teen, Sim who has the Lactose Intolerant trait was trying to get breakfast as leftovers. The only thing in the whole fridge that qualifies as Lactose free are the 2 Fish Pies. Yes, other sims can get out the pie among other things. I have to wonder if this is because its part of the Baking skill. My response was to open up the fridge by hand and select the food manually.

• I have finished all the recent Events and unlocked those items as well
