The Werewolves nail paint yfAcc_ManiGP12Forest is colouring several tops. So far I've seen it appear on 3 different T-Shirts (details below) but I haven't tested every CAS asset to check if it is affecting any other clothes and I haven't tested all of the swatches of this one fingernail design or the male version; these were just ones I noticed while creating a sim and are all from the Solid Purple swatch for females.
