The Base Game IndustryMatters Brick Facade with Wood Trim wall covering has the wrong corner texture linked on two swatches when applied to medium height walls. As you can see in these pictures, when either the light grey or dark grey swatch is applied to a medium height room, the corner texture (with the trim) used is the one that matches the OTHER grey tone.

According to EA, this issue is by design

The desk chairs category under objects by room is broken. It includes all dining chairs.

I agree with the Strangerville desks, both Dream Home Decorator ottomans and the bookshelf but the one seater ottomans and the booths are meant to be under the categories that they are currently under, the murphy beds can be used as a couch so that's why they are under there aswell as beds and the desk chairs should have more chairs either tagged under there or we just need new desk chairs to go under that category.
