i too had this pop up today (although it vanished when i clicked out of the game window to come here), i'm playing offline on mac, have been avoiding updating, so i would not expect a sdx to work if there had been one but seeing how this seems to have happened to many people across platforms i am guessing it's not related to my playing offline... although i'm not sure why it was even trying to access a download since i'm offline
