Constant 'Share Steamy Story' interruptions in libraries

Platform: PS5

Packs: All except Werewolves and Vampires.

No Cheats / No Mods

Issue: NPCs are repeatedly interrupting my Sim while reading at any library lot to "Share Steamy Story."

Detailed Behavior:

* Random NPCs approach my Sim to perform the "Share Steamy Story" interaction.

* The interaction queues up, causing my Sim to stand up and stop reading immediately.

* Once the NPC reaches my Sim, the interaction automatically cancels/disappears, but then another NPC (or the same one) attempts it again shortly after.

* This creates a loop that makes it harder for my Sim to finish a book in a public library.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Travel to any Library (happens in multiple saves/worlds).

2. Direct Sim to read a book from a shelf or inventory.

3. Wait for NPCs to begin the autonomous "Share Steamy Story" loop.

Current Workaround

Keep an eye on the queue and immediately cancel the interaction when it pops up and add the action to sit back down if I'm not quick enough to cancel.

Additional Notes:

* This is not caused by Neighborhood Action Plans (N.A.P.s); I have confirmed no "Free Love" or similar initiatives are active.

* It occurs in every library across different save files.

* This appears to be a breakdown in NPC autonomy where relationship requirements to have the "Share Steamy Story" action aren't fulfilled
