Controls Displayed on Screen

open the help menu and there is a toggle to turn it off.  Whoever thought making it default to on was a good idea should be scolded.

The button to get rid of it should be under Tutorial and Tips in settings. 

Here's the fix 

go to settings

game options

tutorials and tips

disable help center icon and controls legend

worked for my wife

I managed to get rid of it by unchecking “Enable Help Center Icon & Controls Legend” in game options - tutorials & tips

This was also happening to me but I figured out how to fix it! If you go into
Game options>> Tutorial & Tips there’s an option that says “Enable Help Center Icon & Controls Legend” toggle that off and press apply it should get rid of it for you :)

I just found this on another forum, posted by LexLuther8s:

While in a game click the three dots in the top right. This should open up the menu window, select game options. In the game options window select Tutorial and Tips. Uncheck Enable Help Center Icon & Controls Legend.  Click Apply Changes and exit out of the windows. That should make the control display disappear.

Breaks immersion and makes the game too annoying to play.

I found it! Go to your game menu and click on the "Tutorial and Tips"  and you should see Enable Help Center Icon & Controls Legend you'll want to unclick that and you should see that annoying box gone!
