Corn dog recipe not showing picture/invisible when eating

Hot dogs in corn batter from the High School expansion pack are not displayed in the game. There is no photo, and when a Sim has this dish, it is not displayed on the plate. You can only see the hot dog in the Sim's hand.

I play without mods. 

Yup, just happened to my Sim, living in a ranch. Invisible corndog. PlayStation 5, so mod-free guaranteed. 

i have the same problem, noticed it when ordering food from a stall, but i thought it’s mod-related in my case, apparently, it isn’t. my game is in russian, the same as op’s, if it’s relevant

yes, the title is right. In my game, the corndog picture has a red X on it. If I cook it, the plate with the food is invisible. It happened also at counters where you can buy corndogs. 

I did remove my mod, repair the game and try on a new save. All of that for a simple corndog. Unfortunately, it is still missing.

Maxis/EA has now issued a fix, which will be coming in the new dec 2nd update.  I have pasted their words below:

• [EA Forums] The Corndog food object is no longer using a block model (which appeared as invisible in the live version of the game). This also fixes the related issue where it didn’t appear in preview UI images.
