Crashes & Loading Screen Error Code

I don't know if it's just me but I've still been experiencing game crashes while playing. My game mostly crashes while I’m trying to save and  the data doesn’t save after it crashes. I hope that this is fixed soon because it's a little annoying to save every 2 minutes because I'm afraid that my data will not be there when it crashes. Then after it crashes and I try to load in again, I am hit with the gray screen that says the game took too long to load. After multiple attempts to play and it finally loads in I am on the Sims home screen and it says my data/saves aren't there and that I can start a new game, so I have to quit and restart the game multiple times just to play my last save. And now with the new update coming out the game is not allowing me to play at all and I am being hit with the same gray “took to long to load” screen. Please fix this, l play on Xbox btw.
