Create a sim and gallery not working properly

Cant select clothes or anything in create a sim and cant load tattoos or some houses just spent £60 on packs for xbox for the game to not be play able 🤨

I’ve had the same issue with selecting things in CAS and i’ve just figured out if you press the right thumbstick (R3) it should work, it worked for me so hopefully it will for you too :)
