I play on a ps4 and was able to claim all the items up until week 3 when EA did a patch update. Now all of the previous items I’ve claimed are showing as locked even though they are accessible in my in game catalog. Week 3 I have all the required logins but I am unable to claim any of them. Whatever patch the sims team did, it made it worse
