I am still having this issue on my PS4!
I was initially able to claim the first 4 rewards for week 1, however they’re now showing the “lock” and are greyed out. All of my check ins are completed, though I’m still getting the “gnomes are trying to fix the issue” message whenever I open the event. I also am connected to the internet and everything else is working fine.
Has anyone been able to find a fix for console??
apologies if I missed it in the thread, I just saw suggestions of closing the EA app which I do not have access to with console!
