I've found a few items that for some reason the Design Tool does not work on in Build Mode.
Into the Moodlet Lamp, BooBoo Billy Doctor Playset (Parenthood), TumTum Teddy Doctor Playset (Parenthood) & Tiny Teacher Nesting Blocks. (I do believe the Nesting Blocks from the Storybook Nursery Kit also cannot be changed with the Design Tool)
