I do want to update that I also tried what M0fak suggested and uninstalled the Lovestruck DLC from my game and that 100% fixed the issue (sit interaction returned and no LEs) so I’m now running my save with mods LE-free. It’s a temporary fix, at least, although it’s unfortunate to not be able to use a pack at all.
