I'm having the same issue, with or without mods. It seems to accumulate—every time I load into a save, more Sims can't sit and there seems to be no common theme anymore. Not romance or a particular trait. I wish I could separate the gameplay from BB and CAS, because I really don't want to unistall Lovestruck. Hopefully a mod fix comes out soon.
