Desync/Picker Interaction (Causing LEs) on Loveseats/Sofas

Sims are unable to sit at sofas/loveseats as the "sit" interaction is no longer available and upon clicking on the sofa/loveseat, the game generates a LE, every time. Sometimes it reads as a desync, sometimes it reads as a picker interaction. My save was modded but mods have since been removed to test. This has not been happening on newly generated saves and is only affecting my pre Dec 2nd update saves. I've selected multiple chairs to generate the LE a few times, see below:

    update:

    it is back again..i have not updated my game for the latest update or even added a new mod, yet it is back, no lgbtq mod or anything in my game.

     

    update 2: 

    It was rpo. Seems lumpinou mods aren't working for me anymore.

    I just had a try at only removing RPO with a new save and it started working for me too. I did, however, still have a few of the same LEs, which is why initially I assumed it wasn't mod related when I took out all mods. I can't tell if it's a game issue being exacerbated by mods, or a mod issue that affects the game even when the mod is removed. It may sort itself out if I play the game for a little longer without RPO.

    I have been playing without rpo and lgbtq mod for a little while and my game seems fine. I will share if i see that bug happen again.

    I'm having the same problem. Similar to what other people have posted, some of the suggested fixes worked for me temporarily and then the error came back.

    This issue was completely fixed for me by selling and rebuying all couches in my build. Dont know why but it hasnt happened since

    I have an issue with not being able to have my sim sit on her living room couch. All other seating had worked just fine other than giving Better Exceptions error. I do use mods and CC, but even with everything taken out of the game, I still cannot get my sim to sit on her couch, the only option shown is to nap on it. I get the error of "CategoryID: picker_interaction:1275" every time I try to get her to sit on it. I have attached my MC Command Center Report and a picture of the nap only option even with all mods and CC removed from file.

    I had removed and replaced all couches /benches, moved my sim household then move back in, and removing my 1 love interest from relationship panel (he was not on lot at that moment) and continued to receive the same error.

    UPDATE: I uninstalled the Lovestruck Pack and it does not do this error anymore. Still working on what mods might be broken, but otherwise I have been able to play decently. (other than a weird thing with my pool) 

    I feel it is definitely this pack at this moment. It needs an entire remake!!!

    Just commenting to add my "me too". I've tried repairing the game, clearing the cache, and generating an entirely new Sims 4 folder. There seems to be no predictable rhyme or reason to it that I can find--I tested it in several brand new saves and one old one. Removing mods in the old one didn't fix the problem. It worked fine in a new, unmodded save, so I turned my mods back on and it still worked, then (based on this thread) I gave my test sims extra love interests and it broke in one of the test saves, then when I tried to reproduce it in a second new test save, it worked fine (modded, multiple love interests). 

    It doesn't seem to be connected to any particular mod--I've removed them all and added them back one at a time, multiple times, and the issue just randomly appears and disappears. Sometimes adding a specific mod (i.e. Lumpinou's RPO collection, which was mentioned here) works fine and doesn't break anything, then I close the game and re-open it without changing anything and it's not working. I feel like I'm going insane!
