I am experiencing the same issue.
I temporarily moved the entire Sims 4 folder to a different location and started a new game.
After gradually restoring my data, it seems that the problem lies within the save data.
The mods and other small files were not the cause.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to resolve the issue yet.
