Dizziness Animation Without Illness Status

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

I think that usually just means she's starting to come down with something, but fighting it off. She's not fully sick yet. You can't take medicine - you'll get the unnecessary medicine moodlet - but you could try a nap or orange juice and see if you get the happy moodlet that says something like "successfully battled cold" or "home remedy."

I used mods before, but it's been over a month since I removed them from my game. I repaired my game, I'll see if it comes back. Thanks !

I have this with other Sims, but in this case, she constantly has dizziness with no moodlet, even if she takes a nap 🤷‍♀️
