[DO] Can't request table in restaurant on a date/hangout

Me too! It doesn't matter if my Sims are on a date or just out for a meal with someone, the request table action just gets ignored & disappears. However, I have tested various restaurant/group  situations and found that my Sims can be seated normally in some restaurants no matter how many in their party ( I didn't test all restaurants with the "on a date" option though). This all started since the last update. 

The same happens in my game! 

One of the goals for Love Day is to ask someone on a date. So, I did. However, going to a restaurant for a nice meal nearly derailed the 'holiday'. My Sim could not fulfill ask for a table (or however it's worded). He tried multiple times, too. I even had his date ask. What a mess. The only thing that saved the date (and got them the gold) was they chatted a lot. So, when is this going to be fixed? And who else is growing slightly disgruntled with Lovestruck. I didn't have these kinds of problems prior to installing this mishap. Oh, well. And yes, I'm all patched up.

Was I supposed to have one or the other create a date, instead?

since update server never seats you in resturants 

So after the update anytime that my sims go on a date to any restaurant every time you request a table the host doesn't take you to the table anymore and the sims are all just standing there doing nothing. This whole update has caused a mess and it needs to be sorted out please.

Further investigation i found out it only happens when you create a date and choose a restaurant 

After yesyerdays patch 18th Sept my sims can no longer eat at restaurants , I click on a table and reust it , my sim goes to the podium to the maitre d  to arrange the meal , it does the animation fo the maitre d and then just cancels
