1. I went into my test save and tried the custom outfit. As a result, the outfit is applied to the staff when I enter Live Mode. However, if I switch back to Build Mode, it reverts to the default outfit — the first preset assigned to that role.
Before leaving the Build Mode new custom outfits are selected:

2. I also tested club outfits, since I saw you mention them in one of your previous messages — no issues there. Club members (except my sim for some reason, but its not a big deal) arrived in the correct outfits, and they didn’t revert even after traveling between lots.
3. I also tried setting up outfits in Custom Venues in my main save file, and they work correctly there as well.
It seems like restaurants are the only ones glitching in my game.
Updated: Ah, I forgot to mention — if I change the outfit (uniform) while I’m visiting the restaurant, the Sims who are already on the lot switch to the correct one. However, once their shift ends and new Sims spawn, they appear in the default uniforms again. The same thing happens if I leave the lot and return later.
