[DO] Employee Settings for Outfits Don't Update in UI

If you have a Sim own a restaurant and have them set the outfits for their employees, the employee outfits will not update in the UI. Instead, the UI will remain on the first default outfit. It will not update in the settings UI in live mode or in build mode.
